Other Types of Passenger with Special Needs

Injured/ill passenger should let our ticketing office know his/her physical condition in advance at the time of ticket purchase, and should provide a medical certificate issued by a hospital at the county-level or a Grade A hospital of Class II or above. The medical certificate shall be issued no earlier than 10 days before flight departure (the day of flight departure excluded).
For the sake of safety, mentally retarded passenger or passenger with mental disorder must be accompanied by a passenger who has attained the age 18 and have full civil capacity.
