Delayed Baggage Inquiry

Dear Passenger,

We are so sorry to inform you that your baggage has not arrived yet.

You could inquire the status of delayed baggage by entering the record number and the passenger name. Meanwhile, please verify the information in the record, if you spotted any error, please contact the Air China office which processed your baggage inquiry.

Missing Property Questionnaire

Dear Passenger,

Please accept our sincere apologies for the baggage delay on your arrival and for any inconvenience this may have caused. If your missing personal property has not been located within 72 hours, please download the Missing Property Questionnaire and complete it, including a full description of the missing property, and send it back to us by mail or fax. (The mailing address and fax number can be acquired from the Lost & Found office where you reported the delayed baggage). This form will be used to trace your baggage. Please include a detailed list of the contents. In case of multiple pieces of missing luggage, please complete a separate list for each bag. Thank you for your cooperation.
