A woman who has been pregnant for less than 32 weeks can be accepted by Air China as an ordinary passenger, except diagnosed by the doctor as unfit for travel.
If a woman has been pregnant for over 32 weeks but less than 35 weeks, her expected date of childbirth can be determined and is within 4 weeks, and it has been known that there will not be multiple labor or expected childbirth complications, she should let our ticketing office know at the time of ticketing booking.
For the sake of safety, the following types of passenger will not be accepted for carriage, and we recommend that they choose other means of travel.
(1) Woman beyond 35 weeks or more of pregnancy
(2) Pregnant woman whose expected date of delivery is within 4 weeks
(3) Pregnant woman whose date of delivery is approaching but cannot be determined, or who will, it has been known, have multiple births or birth complications
(4) Woman within 7 days after delivery
