Infant Bassinet (BSCT)
We provide free BSCT (infant bassinet) service in selected classes of service on the international flights operated with B747/B777/A330/A340 types. Request for the service can be made at the ticketing offices of the flight departure cities within the required time limit, and all requests are subject to our approval.
( 1 ) Sao Paulo route
Request for BSCT service must be made at least 72 hours before flight departure and no earlier than 7 days before flight departure (the day of flight departure excluded).
( 2 ) Routes other than Sao Paulo
Request for BSCT service must be made at least 48 hours before flight departure and no earlier than 7 days before flight departure (the day of flight departure excluded).
Infants whose body length does not exceed 75cm and body weight does not exceed 22 lbs/10 kg qualify for the service.
We provide infant seat belts.
For the sake of safety, during taxiing, takeoff and landing and when the “Fasten Your Seat Belts” light is on, the bassinet cannot be used.
