Brief Introduction：
XiNing is the provincial capital of Qinghai. It is located between the North and South Mountains in the Hehuang Valley, near the Tibetan Plateau and belongs to the Qilian Mountains. The Yellow River tributary, Huangshui River, runs through the city from west to east. XiNing is approved by the State Council be an inland open city.
