Notice on Suspension of Live Animals Check-in Service at London Gatwick Airport

Dear passengers,

According to the relevant requirements of Gatwick Airport, from now on, except for the service dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs) carried by disabled passengers, on flights operated by Air China involving the entry and exit of Gatwick Airport in London, England, transportation of live animals as checked baggage will be suspended’ such animals can only be transported as freight. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
