Notice on adjustment of Involuntary Ticket Change Handling Rules regarding Air China-Operated Yibin Route

Dear Passenger:

The earthquake occurred in Yibin, China. In order to provide better ticket service for the affected passengers, Air China has made the following arrangements for passengers flying to or from Yibin, as follows:  

I. Application

Air China “999” tickets (including tickets exchanged for with PhoenixMiles kilometers) on Yibin route operated by Air China for the whole journey - tickets issued before June 18, 2019 (excluded) travel on Yibin flights between June 18, 2019 (included) and June 24, 2019 (included) and with confirmed reservations on Air China-operated Yibin flights.

II.  Rebooking or Rerouting

If a passenger requests flight change for the first time, within the validity period of the ticket, the passenger can be booked on a Yibin Air China -operated flight that departs before July 10, 2019 (included), with no flight change handling fee charged, and the passenger can be exempted from sub-class fare differences and seasonal fare differences.

Passengers who request flight change again or request change to a flight of Yibin that departs after July 11, 2019 (included) are subject to the conditions of use of ticket.

III. Refund

Passengers can also, within the validity period of the ticket, request a refund on ticket, with no refund handling fee charged.
