Notice Regarding Adjustment of Air China Chauffeured Transfer Service Products

Dear passengers,

From now, domestic route rules for Air China Chauffeured Transfer Service Products have been amended as follows:

Passengers who purchase tickets on Air China-operated domestic routes between cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Tianjin and Xi'an in specific cabins (F/A/J) can enjoy Chauffeured Transfer Service from designated city districts to the airport.

In addition, due to the need of pandemic prevention and control, the chauffeured transfer services that have been suspended at present are as follows:

1. Airport pick-up service on international routes from each service city;

2. Inter-city airport transfer service;
