Notice of provide 5 necessary passenger information to the United States government

Dear passengers

According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control and the requirements of the relevant departments of the United States government, from now on, we need to collect five necessary information about the passengers of the flights to the United States (including the flights to the third country through stopovers in the United States), including:

1. Your full name

2. Your detailed address in the United States

3. Your email address

4. Your main contact number

5. Your secondary contact number

Please cooperate with us to provide the above five necessary information when purchasing tickets.

For passengers who have completed ticket purchase before this notification, please provide relevant information as early as possible through the original ticket purchase channel or by calling the Air China hotline 95583.

We are trying to find a convenient way to transmit the five pieces information to the relevant departments of the U.S. government. Before that, you may be asked to fill out paper forms on the flight. We apologize for the inconvenience.
