Article 16 - Time Limits for Complaints
16.1 Acceptance of Baggage by the bearer of the Baggage Check without complaint at the time of delivery is sufficient evidence that the Baggage has been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the contract of carriage, unless you prove otherwise.
16.2 If your Checked Baggage is damaged, you must complain in writing to us immediately upon your discovery of the Damage and at the latest, within seven Days from the date you received the Checked Baggage.
16.3 If your Checked Baggage is delayed, you must complain in writing to us within 21 Days at the latest of the Checked Baggage being made available to you.
16.4 If no complaint is made within the time specified in Article 16.2 and 16.3, no action shall lie against us.
