Children meals

Child meal
|
This meal includes foods that children enjoy. Foods
with too much salt or sugar are excluded.
|
|
Baby meal
|
This meal contains meat, vegetables or fruits. It may
be soft textured, minced meat, vegetable puree and
dessert.
|
Religious meals (non vegetarian)
|
|
Hindu meal
|
This meal does not include beef or pork. It may include
lamb, poultry, other meats, fish or dairy products.
This special meal is prepared for the small number of
Indian passengers who are allowed to eat meat or fish.

|
Kosher meal
|
All foods are prepared and served according to Jewish
dietary requirements and are purchased from reputable
manufacturers. (Note: Advance notice of 48 hours is
required.)

|
Moslem meal
|
This meal does not include pork, bacon, ham, animal
gelatin, animal fats, alcohol, non-scaled fish, eel or
turtle. All poultry and meats used are slaughtered and
cooked according to Halal tradition.

Vegetarian Jain meal
|
This meal is intended for members of the Jain community
as well as those who are purely vegetarians. It is
prepared using Asian methods. It contains no root
vegetables such as onions, ginger, garlic or carrots,
and contains no animal products and by-products.

Healthy meals
|
|
Bland meal
|
This meal includes low fat and low fiber foods. It does
not include fried foods, black pepper, strong
vegetables and condiments, mustard, pickles, garlic,
nuts, and drinks containing caffeine or alcohol. It is
suitable for passengers who suffer from stomach or
intestinal problems.

|
Diabetic meal
|
This meal contains low-sugar foods and is prepared for
passengers who suffer from diabetes. It does not
contain sugar of any kind.
|
|
Fruit platter meal
|
This meal is solely comprise of fruits, including fresh
fruit, fruit compote and fruit desserts.
|
|
Gluten intolerant meal
|
This meal is prepared for passengers who are allergic
or intolerant to gluten (Gluten is a protein contained
in wheat, barley, oats and rye). Breads, sauces,
custards, cakes, chocolates, crackers, cereals and
related products are strictly excluded.

|
Low calorie meal
|
This meal contains lean meat, low-fat dairy products
and high-fiber foods. Sugars, creams, sauces,
mayonnaise and fatty foods are excluded.
|
|
Low fat meal
|
This meal is intended for passengers who need to reduce
their fat intake. It does not contain fried foods,
fatty meats, dairy products, processed foods, gravy,
offal, shellfish, egg yolks or baked goods.
|
|
Low salt meal
|
This meal contains low levels of sodium. It is prepared
for passengers suffering from hypertension, urinary
retention and nephropathy. It does not contain or
include salt, garlic salt, glutamine, soda, pickles,
canned meat and fish, creams, cheeses, shellfish,
mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken powder, bread, and
canned vegetables.

Low lactose meal
|
No lactose, dairy or related products (including
cheese, dairy, yogurt, butter, artificial meat
products, cake, cookies, cream desserts, pudding,
mashed potatoes, toffee and chocolate) are used to
prepare this meal.

Vegetarian raw meal
|
This meal only includes raw fruits and vegetables and
does not contain any animal protein.
|
|
Seafood meal
|
This meal is specially designed for passengers who
enjoy seafood, and includes one or more kinds of
seafood. It does not contain any meat products.
|
Vegetarian meals
|

Vegetarian Asian (Hindu) meal
|
This meal is usually ordered by passengers from the
Asian Sub-Continent. It generally includes vegetables
produced in Asia and does not contain meat or seafood.

Vegetarian vegan meal
|
Also known as “Vegan Meal”, this meal is totally free
from animal products or by-products. It does not
include meat, fish or dairy products, eggs, cheese and
related products, or margarine.。

Vegetarian Ovolacto meal
|
This meal does not contain any meat, seafood or related
products, but it may contain butter, cheese, milk and
eggs.

Vegetarian oriental meal
|
This meal is prepared in Chinese or Oriental style. It
contains no meat, fish, game, dairy products or any
underground root vegetable, such as ginger, garlic,
onion, green onions, etc.
