Please pay attention to the requirements for the validity of travel documents in your destination country/region to avoid any impact on your trip.
Online check-in is supported for Air China group, and family check-ins (which means that children traveling in the same cabin and on the same itinerary can be added at the time of adult passenger check-in, and both must complete the check-in procedures together. When canceling the check-in, the cancellation of the child's check-in must precede the adult's. Children cannot check in separately.
Currently, online check-in for special passengers is not supported (including VIPs, passengers with injuries or illnesses, disabled passengers, veterans with disabilities, police officers, pregnant women, unaccompanied minors, infants requiring bassinets, and passengers who have booked wheelchair services or are traveling with infants).
Reissuance of boarding passes is supported from the time of check-in until 2 days after the flight's departure. Beyond this time frame, reissuance of boarding passes is not available.
The boarding pass does not serve as a valid document for reimbursement purposes. Should you have specific requirements, please obtain your boarding pass prior to the flight's departure via the official website of Air China, the mobile application, the service counters at the airport of origin, or self-service kiosks, and ensure its safekeeping.
