Air China's exhibition program is designed to assist both organizers and participants in international exhibitions. Organizers or participants from host organizations will always be able to find the appropriate concessionary schemes to suit their needs.

Organizers: 　

Organizers must meet the following minimum standards so that we can provide you with optimum all-round services:

1.There are more than 300 participants

2.The participants come from at least three countries and regions

3.The final submission deadline: 6 months prior to the official start date

4.The earliest submission deadline: 12 months prior to the official start date

Concessionary schemes for organizers:
After submitting the application, we will designate a business unit to help you arrange the trip for the participants. We also assist in arranging the inspection tour itinerary during the organizing process.

Concessionary schemes for participants:
We provide participants with discount fare tickets for Business and Economy Class.

We offer exclusive coded agreements to facilitate the booking of reservations and issuance of tickets in Air China's designated business departments worldwide.

As a member of Star Alliance, Air China also provides clients with Conventions Plus and Meeting Plus, which is specially launched by Star Alliance for clients who hold large-scale exhibitions.
