    International Cargo Transport Ltd. of China, joint-ventured by Air China, Citic Pacific Ltd., and Beijing Capital International Airport, was established on March 3rd 2003. It has total assets of RMB 3.5 billion and registered capital of RMB 2.2 billion with Air China holding 51% as the controlling shareholder. The freight computer system of Air China covers cargo in Beijing city and the airport, business departments in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Dalian, the Tianjin subsidiary company, and in the overseas locations of New York, Tokyo, Singapore, Frankfurt and Rome.     International Cargo Transport Ltd. of China has a fleet of 4 Boeing 747-200 freighters, 8 Boeing 747-400 passenger-cargo mixed aircrafts, and 60 aircraft that have enough capacity for cargo transportation such as the Boeing 747, 767 and Airbus 340. The company has the management rights for handling international cargo air routes from Beijing and Shanghai to Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Portland, Frankfurt, Paris and London. International Cargo Transport Ltd. of China will receive a new Boeing 747-400 freighter this year and 3 new TU-204 freighters next year.
