During a flight from takeoff to landing, if you cannot sit straight in your seat, you can request STCR service.
Request for the STCR service must be made at any of our ticketing offices in the cities of flight departure within the time limit, and your request is subject to our approval:
(1) For the United States/Canada routes the request must be made at least 48 hours before flight departure.
(2) For routes other than the United States/Canada, the request must be made 3 days before flight departure (the day of flight departure excluded).
For the sake of safety, an adult aged above 18 or a medical assistant should accompany the STCR passenger.
Only one STCR passenger is allowed on each flight. The stretcher is allowed only in the Economy Class.
