No substantive change is expected post the EGM. The stability and efficient management style of the senior management team will remain and led by Chairman of the Board.

Chairman Cai, a member and secretary of the Communist Party Group of CNAHC, has been part of the management team since he joined  in 2001. He served as President of Air China  for 10years , in charge of overseeing  the operations of our business and contributed to help shape the Board’s governance practices by empowering the investor relations function.
