How much proportion of revenue from direct sales is Air China targeting over the next few years? What measures will the Company adopt in order to achieve this target?

 

Future target: We expect a 40% share of revenue from direct sales in 2016, and a 50% share in 2017. To improve on our proportion of revenue from direct sales, we will continue to enhance our capabilities in direct sales, improve our level of e-commerce information technology, develop products and services from the perspective of passengers, and raise product adoption rates. We will integrate internal resources, strengthen e-commerce channels and ancillary product promotion, enhance sales capabilities in overseas markets, engage in precision marketing, and improve the sales effectiveness of online channels.
