Elderly Passengers, Passengers with Reduced Mobility

If you are unable to ascend or descend the steps, we can help you out by providing a liftable boarding vehicle for flights which are not supported by a boarding bridge. You must request the service when you book your ticket at any of our ticketing offices in the city of flight departure within the specified time limits:
(1) Sao Paulo route: Request for the service must be made at least 72 hours before flight departure.
(2) On routes other than Sao Paulo route, request for the service must be made at least 48 hours before flight departure.
