Announcement regarding the Suspension of Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Applications for Flights Bound for Japan

In response to the further strengthening of health screening for incoming passengers by the Japanese Government, Air China has decided to temporarily suspend the acceptance of unaccompanied minor (UM) applications for flights bound for Japan, effective immediately. A separate announcement will be issued when the service resumes.

Passengers who have already booked the unaccompanied minor (UM) service are advised to adjust their travel plans or have an adult accompany any underage passengers. Passengers who wish to refund or alter their tickets can contact the original sales channel used to book the tickets while their tickets remain valid.
