Notice on Suspending Some Transportation Services for International and Regional Flights to Mainland China

Due to the impact of epidemic prevention and control, Air China will suspend the following services from now on:

I. For all international and regional flights to mainland China, pet transportation services, including pets as checked baggage, and guide dogs, hearing dogs and emotional support dogs carried as passengers will be suspended;

II. The passenger and baggage transportation services for international flights to other international or regional flights with a transit at Beijing will be suspended.

A separate announcement will be issued when the above mentioned service resumes.

Passengers who have successfully applied for the above services or booked tickets for relevant routes, are suggested to adjust their travel plans. Passengers who wish to refund their tickets can contact the original sales channel used to book the tickets while their tickets remain valid. No cancellation fees will be charged.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience resulting from these changes. Thank you for your support and understanding!
