Notice Regarding Information to be Provided by Passengers Traveling to or via the United States

According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control and the requirements of the relevant United States government authorities, we are required to collect five items of information from passengers flying to the United States (including on flights to third countries with stopovers in the United States). This information includes:

1. Your full name

2. Your full address in the United States

3. Your email address

4. Your primary contact number

5. Your secondary contact number

We kindly request that you provide the above five items of information when purchasing tickets.

Passengers who completed their ticket purchase before this notice was issued are kindly requested to provide the relevant information as early as possible through the original ticket purchase channel, or by calling the Air China hotline at 95583.

We are trying to find a convenient way to transmit the five items information to the U.S. authorities. In the meantime, you may be asked to fill out a paper form during the flight. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
