Announcement regarding Ticket Service for Incoming Passengers Arriving at Designated First Points of Entry

Dear passengers,

In accordance with the general requirements of national pandemic prevention and control policies and in response to the adjustments to the local pandemic prevention and control regulations of designated first points of entry, Air China will operate flights to Beijing from some of the designated first points of entry. We are making this announcement so that passengers can learn more about Air China's ticket service.

I. If the final destination on your original ticket is the first point of entry city for your flight or other cities in the same province, you may cancel the rest of your journey after you have been released from quarantine.

II. If the final destination on your original ticket is Beijing or other domestic cities or provinces, after you have been released from quarantine, Air China will transport you to Beijing or arrange another Air China-operated flight for you free of charge to make sure you will be transported to the destination on your original ticket.

Please check the pandemic prevention and control policies of you first point of entry city and your final destination city and observe the relevant policies. For ticket alterations or cancellations, you can use the Air China website, the Air China app or the Air China service hotline 95583 for any questions or requests.
