Baby bassinets are available free of charge for passengers travelling in Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class on international routes operated by B747/B777/B787/A330/A350 aircraft.
Up to four baby bassinets can be requested per flight.If you need to use this service, please submit a request within the required timeframe at an Air China ticketing office and await confirmation:
a. Routes to/from Sao Paulo
Baby bassinets should be requested at least 72 hours before, but no earlier than 14 days before the scheduled departure time.
b. All other routes
Baby bassinets should be requested at least 48 hours before, but no earlier than 14 days before the scheduled departure time.
 The baby bassinet service can also be requested through the Air China website.
Baby bassinets are suitable for the carriage of infants measuring up to 75 cm in length and weighing no more than 10 kg (22 lb)
For safety reasons, baby bassinets cannot be used during taxiing, take-off, landing or when the fasten seatbelt light is switched on. Thank you for your understanding.
