Located 32 kilometers north of Downtown Houston and covering an area of 40 square kilometers, the airport is Texas’ second largest air facility. It is served by scheduled flights to destinations in the United States and international destinations around the world. It’s named after George H. W. Bush, the 41st President of the United States. It is Continental’s largest hub with an average of 700 daily departures .
