2.Basic Information
Guilin Liangjiang International Airport is located near Liangjiang Town, Lingui County, 28 kilometers southwest of Guilin City. As CAAC’s only national key construction project of the Eighth Five-Year Plan period, it began operating on October 1, 1996. The airport covers an area of 4.06km2, has a 4E flight zone, and is equipped with a 3,200×45m runway (15m on each side of the shoulder) to ensure the take-off and landing of all aircraft currently operating.
3.Terminal Information
The airport’s T2 terminal building opened on September 28, 2018. The third floor is the departure hall and the first floor is the arrival hall.
4.Location of Check-in Counters
Domestic check-in counters are counters B1-16 on island B and counters C1-6 on island C in the domestic departures hall on the third floor of the terminal building. Counters C7-8 are self-service check-in counters.
The international check-in counter is located at island D in the International Departure Hall on the third floor of the terminal building.

There is an airport bus connecting the airport and the Civil Aviation Building. The airport bus costs approx. 20 yuan per person. Buses from the city’s Civil Aviation Building depart for the airport every 30 minutes.
Long-distance bus:
Long-distance bus: In addition to downtown Guilin, bus routes also cover Liuzhou, Hezhou, and the famous tourist destinations of Yangshuo, Quanzhou, Lipu and Yizhou, providing convenient transport to the airport for passengers who live around Guilin.
Taxi:
Starting price is 9 yuan during the day and 11 yuan at night. The price per kilometer is 1.9 yuan/km during the day and 2 yuan/km at night.

1. Bus
Guilin has 8 free bus lines connecting various scenic attractions, resorts and main streets. Paid buses have no bus conductor for splitting large denomination banknotes and the fare is RMB 1.2 for urban bus and RMB 2 for suburban bus.

During the daytime (from 6:30 am to 23:00 pm), the flag-down fare is RMB 7 (2 km inclusive), and the charge rate is RMB 1.6/km for the journey between 2 and 4 km, or RMB 2/km for the journey exceeding 4 km. During the night (from 23:00 pm to 6:30 am), the flag-down fare is RMB 7.8 (2 km inclusive), and the charge rate is RMB 1.8 /km for journeys between 2 and 4 km, or RMB 2.4 /km for journeys exceeding 4 km.
