Los Angeles International Airport is one of the world’s busiest airports, as well as being a major airport in the Greater Los Angeles Area for southern California. Locally, the airport is called LAX.

Air China shares a VIP lounge with Air Canada and it is situated next to the Starbucks behind the security check.

The Air China VIP Lounge provides services to passengers in First Class and Business Class as well as Phoenix Platinum, Gold and Silver members.
Passengers can relax and wait for boarding to open in the main Departure Lounge.

Shuttle Bus:
The bus shuttles between the airport and major hotels. It takes about 30 minutes and costs 20 USD to get to the downtown area. It costs about 18 USD to get to Hollywood, 19 USD to get to Beverly Hills and 14 USD to Santa Monica.
Airport Bus
Airport bus route: airport - city center – Anaheim - Pasadena.
The scheduled bus operates from 6:00 am to 1:00 am, and runs once an hour. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center from the airport. It costs around 12 USD to the city center, 16 USD to Anaheim, 12 USD to Pasadena and 20 USD to Hollywood.

1.Metro
The Metro Company (who also operate buses) are the most unique transport company in Los Angeles. Metro is not only the symbol on subway trains; but there are also buses with the “Metro” symbol at every subway entrance. Los Angeles’ public transportation is mainly made up of the red line subway and the green and blue line light railway (which spans a total length of 95 km) as well as some 20 BRT lanes. Passengers can take the metro and the bus services without time limitations with a DayPass.
2.Bus The main bus operators in Los Angeles include Metro, BigBlue and Culver City, with each operator abiding by different pricing and transfer rules.
Passengers are charged about 1.25 USD for each ride, and 0.3 USD for a transfer. Fees charged by Metro are the highest, and it does not offer transfer discount. However, the 5-dollar DayPass issued by Metro ensures passengers are able to take the metro and the bus services without limitation within a single day.
BigBlue and Culver City charge 0.75 USD for a ride and offer passengers two free transfers with buses operated by them respectively. If passengers are staying in the area for a longer period of time, there are other options open to them such as the weekly pass or the monthly pass. The 70-dollar EZ transit pass offers passengers access to 24 different public transportation operators, buses, metro, metro yellow line and other lines.
3.Taxi Visitors to the city can either call a taxi or take one from the Taxi Zone. Passengers are charged according to distances (in miles). When carrying large luggage, additional fees may be added. In addition, be sure to give 10%-15% tip over the fee displayed on taxi meter. As Los Angeles is a big city, it’s relatively expensive to take a taxi.
