2. Basic Information
Tan Son Nhat International Airport is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and is the largest airport in Vietnam. The Airport originally was constructed by the French, and was expanded to serve as an Air Force base by Americans during the Vietnam War. The Airport's new passenger terminal was completed and began operation in August 2007.
3. Terminal Information
Tan Son Nhat International Airport has two terminal buildings. Terminal 1 serves domestic routes and Terminal 2 serves international routes. Air China operates from Terminal 2.
4. Location of Check-In Counters
Air China’s check-in counters are counters C6 - C10 on Level 2 of Terminal 2.
For connecting flights, Air China uses Vietnam Airlines’ special transfer counter, located in the Transfer Zone, Level 2, Terminal 2.

Ho Chi Minh City boasts convenient public transport facilities. The bus terminal is opposite Ben Thanh. The frequency of bus service is approximately 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
