Passengers that are disabled or ill must get a medical certificate with a doctor approval in order to fly. The certificate must be signed by the doctor and sealed by a county or city hospital or equivalent medical institution. The diagnosis on the certificate must be written within 96 hours of departure. If the condition is serious, the certificate must be written within 48 hours of departure.
