In order to foster a closer relationship with corporate clients, Air China (CA) as of 2005 established its Key Account Management department. Focusing its effort and expertise in building customer relationship management services, to better serve the various needs of our corporate clients.

To date,many of the TOP 500 companies home and abroad,as well as governmental and non-governmental organizations have been benefiting from our Key Account Program.In addition, we continue to strive to form new contracted partnerships with our clients to improve our corporate products and services. By way our specially designated account managers, corporate clients are attended on a individual basis. Corporate clients may choose from a wide range of agreement policies according to their travel behavior and requirements. Agreements are constructed to help clients attain the best balance of convenience,comfort and cost savings.

The financial benefits corporate clients can enjoy include up-front discounts and back-end incentives on international and domestic flights. Moreover,we offer special fixed fares on specific routes according to the clients'frequent destinations. In some cases, corporate clients are entitled to FOC tickets when the accumulated flight segments reach their contracted performance goal. Value-added services will always be our foremost solution towards better cooperation, and currently we provide some high revenue clients with enabling them to enjoy the best level of service available in most of the airports.

On December 12,2007 Air China Limited officially joined Star Alliance, the world's largest airline alliance. As a member of Star Alliance,Air China is able to participate in Stars "Corporate Plus" and "Conventions Plus" programs offered to corporate clients. These two programs bring additional benefits and services for clients who wish to streamline their business travel. Furthermore,Air China is also set to move its airline services to the new Beijing Airport's Terminal 3 in March of 2008.
