The Air China convention program is designed to match the needs of corporate travelers planning and attending international conventions.
Whether you're the organizer or a delegate,you'll find the program offering features and benefits to fit your business travel needs. There's just one point of contact for all the arrangements, so it couldn't be simpler.
To provide our registered organisers the best service possible, we ask that your convention meets the following criteria.
1、300 or more delegates
2、delegates from at least 3 countries and districts
3、a min. of 6 months lead time to the starting date
4、a max. of 12 months lead time to the starting date
Organizer benefits
Once registered for Conventions Plus, you'll be assigned one point of contact to help you arrange flights for all your delegates. You can also book tickets for site inspection, committee and guest speaker travel.
Delegate benefits
Business and economy discounted tickets for delegates.Reservation at any CA office worldwide by quoting the exclusive event code.
