Between January 9, 2008 and July 31, 2008, Air China and China Merchants Bank (CMB) will jointly launch a promotion to thank customers.

　　The promotion will include additional benefits when customers use their CMB card. The details of the promotion are: 

　　1) Customers using their CMB cards to purchase e-tickets by logging into www.airchina.com.cn or dialing 4008-100-999, will receive 20 RMB off the fare price (after all discounts) on all domestic, Hong Kong and Macau routes and 100 RMB off the fare price of international tickets.

　　2) Customers using their CMB cards to purchase e-tickets from the Air China website are eligible to receive (free of charge) 200,000 RMB aviation insurance from Samsung Life Insurance. Tickets purchased via telephone are not included.

　　3) Customers using their CMB cards to purchase e-tickets on domestic, Hong Kong and Macau routes by logging into www.airchina.com.cn or by dialing 4008-100-999, may join the “CMB Mileage Present” activity and receive additional mileage through a lottery.  The prizes are:

　　5 Primary Prizes of 20,000 km of Air China mileage

　　10 Secondary Prizes of 10,000 km of Air China mileage

　　20 Tertiary Prizes of 5,000 km of Air China mileage

　　Notes：

1. The purchased flights refer to Air China operating flights and code-share flights. Block space flights are not included.
2. The promotion does not include international interline flights.
3. There is no price reduction for E/T/Z/W/O/I/X classes on domestic routes and O/I/X classes on international routes.
4. Refunds and upgrades are based on the actual payment of the tickets.
5. The 200,000 RMB aviation insurance becomes effective upon the e-ticket purchase. Please dial the Samsung Life Insurance Customer Service Hotline at 400-810-1888 for further information.
6. Reservations that are transferred from the Air China website to the Air China Call Center are not eligible for insurance.
7. The lottery winners names will be listed on the Air China website and mileage will be automatically accrued on the winner’s Phoenix Miles Card.

8. Please tick the box “I would like to use my CMB card for payment so as to save RMB 20 immediately and become eligible to receive the RMB 200,000 aviation insurance” if you do wish to participate in all the above activities when purchasing a ticket at Air China’s website, otherwise you will be deemed to have given up the right to participation.
