Air China Held the 2nd E-Commerce Workshop

On February 26th, 2008, Air China held the second E-Commerce Workshop in Beijing International Aviation Club.

After the E-Commerce Workshop of Air China was held successfully last year, the E-Commerce work of Air China has been greatly reinforced with the products and services provided via Air China’s website and Call Center increasingly enhanced and diversified. Customers are offered with more individualized e-products and e-services, which was rapidly recognized and welcome by the traveling public.

The Second E-Commerce Workshop of Air China was greatly supported by the leaders and different departments of Air China. Senior Vice President, Mr. He Li and Mdm. Zhang Lan were present at the workshop and gave guidance at the time. Over 60 people from different departments of Air China including the Commercial Committee, Ground Service Dept., Cabin Service Dept. and Service Development Dept. have attended the workshop and actively participated in the discussions on how to further develop the E-Commerce of Air China in 2008.

In 2008, Air China will continue to drive the E-commerce and improve the overall delivery of e-products, e-marketing and e-services. Seizing the opportunities of Olympic Games, Air China will endeavor to build the air service website and call center with international competitiveness.
